CAS 140CT-IR2 CCD array spectrometer in the infrared spectral range
CAS 140CT-IR2 Array Spectrometer With IR Range
Manufactures of high-end LEDs, luminaires and display globally for many decades been putting their trust in the precision and reliable measurement results of CAS array spectrometer from Instrument Systems.
There are 2 CAS 140D-IR model available (CAS 140D-IR1 and CAS 140CT-IR2) for measuring wavelength above 1100nm. CAS 140CD-IR1 wavelength range is from 780 nm ~ 1680nm. Whereas CAS 140CT-IR2 wavelength range is 1500nm ~ 2500nm. In the IR1 range a model was additionally developed for the measurement of particularly low radiant flux (high gain option). On request available is a high resolution version of the IR1 model (wavelength range 1310nm ~ 1440nm) with an optical resolution < 1nm.
Like all Instrument Systems spectrometers, the IR models come with a calibration traceable to the PTB or NIST.
MultiCAS system
By combining different CAS 140D models through a trigger box, the infrared models of the CAS 140CT can be upgraded to a MultiCAS system. In this way, complex spectral measurements are simultaneously possible over an extremely wide wavelength range or over multiple samples.
The MultiCAS module of the corresponding SpecWin Pro analytical software evaluates all measurement data by user-friendly means in a common measuring curve.
