Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Application Engineer role located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible to supporting sales team, providing technical expertise, performing product demonstration and managing the sales process of DS Technology & Services products, developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to customers. He will also work closely with the sales team to improve the company ‘s products and services and meet customer needs more effectively. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (Applied Science, Physics, Food Technology, Chemicals etc.)
• Experience in providing technical sales support and performing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of color science is a plus
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay will be an advantage.

Sales Application Engineer Requirement

• 1 – 2 years of experience in technical sales. Candidates with knowledge of color science is a plus.
• Willing to travel outstation on monthly basis.
• Must have a valid D driving license and possess own transport.
• Must have good responsibility, good learning capability and willing to take up new challenges
• Have passion or interest to exploe more in color field
• Fresh grads are encourage to apply.

Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the color measurement industry, knowledge of color science, and experience in project management.
